Terms and Conditions
Miles&Smiles Miles awarded on qualifying retail rentals at participating locations worldwide. Contract, Tour, Industry and Replacement rentals do not qualify for Miles. Miles are earned per rental and are issued upon return of the vehicle. Customers must present their Miles&Smiles membership card at the Hertz counter upon rental pickup
